  Rockport Line Train 115 (4:05 pm from North Station) has been cancelled today due to fire department activity in the Chelsea area. Passengers may board any upcoming Newburyport Line train from North Station for outbound service to Newburyport/Rockport.

  Newburyport Line Train 160 (5:02 pm from Newburyport) has been cancelled due to fire department activity in the Chelsea area. An extra train will depart Newburyport at approximately 6:00 PM and accommodate all inbound passengers.

  Newburyport Line Train 157 (4:30 pm from North Station) is operating 10-20 minutes behind schedule between Beverly and Newburyport due to fire department activity in the Chelsea area.

  Newburyport/Rockport passengers may experience delays in both directions due to fire department activity in the Chelsea area. As regular train service resumes between Chelsea and Swampscott, trains must operate on one track in the Chelsea area.
• Shuttle

  Beginning with Train 157 (4:30 pm from N. Station) and Train 117 (5:05 pm from N. Station) all Newburyport/Rockport trains will resume operating as normal in both directions. Shuttle buses will no longer replace trains between Chelsea and Swampscott.
• Track Change

  Please board all Newburyport/Rockport Line trains on the inbound platform (Track 2) at Chelsea until further notice.

• Schedule Change

  The new Fall/Winter schedule is now in effect on all lines with seasonal and on-time performance adjustments. Schedules are available online at MBTA.com/cr and will be available in hub stations soon.
  -The ski train will be back on the Fitchburg Line. Wachusett Mountain ski area operates a shuttle between the ski area and Wachusett station during Winter months to connect to these trains which feature a specifically modified coach equipped with racks for ski and snowboard equipment. Update to when the Ski Trains will be in effect will come out soon.
  
  -Holiday service:
  On Thursday, November 28th, 2024 (Thanksgiving Day), Friday, November 29th, 2024 (Day after Thanksgiving), Wednesday, December 25th, 2024 (Christmas Day), Wednesday, January 1st, 2025 (New Year’s Day), and Monday, February 17th, 2025 (President’s Day) all lines will operate on a weekend schedule. On Monday, January 20th, 2025 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), and Monday, April 21st, 2025 (Patriot’s Day), all lines will operate on a regular weekday schedule.

• Station Issue Upcoming

  The West Gloucester parking lot will be closed starting at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20th and will reopen on Friday, November 22nd. All vehicles in the lot after 8:00 pm on 11/20 will be towed at the owner's expense.
