• Service Change Upcoming

  Starting December 15, Routes 116 and 117 will be combined into one Route 116. It will make all existing Route 116 stops between Wonderland and Maverick and become a Frequent Bus Route, with service every 15 minutes or less. Learn more: MBTA.com/116
  

  Changes on December 15:
  • Routes 116 and 117 will be combined into one route, which will follow the same route used by Route 116 today between Wonderland and Maverick.
  • Route 116 will become a Frequent Bus Route, with service every 15 minutes or better during service hours.
  • Service will run from 5 AM to 1:25 AM weekdays and Saturdays, and from 5 AM to 1 AM Sundays.
  • Route 117 will be discontinued. Riders accessing locations on Central Ave and Beach Street may use Route 110, transferring to 116 at Broadway and Park Ave in Revere or at Wonderland.
