Quincy Center Construction Activities

Work Hours
The MBTA's contractor, LM Heavy Civil Construction, and a sub-contractor, Atlantic Dismantling, are working at Quincy Center station during these shifts:

Construction Activities
- Accessible walkway from Burgin Parkway to the station is now complete and open for public use.
- Heavy demolition activities have ceased; waterproofing of garage ongoing.
- Hancock Street busway has been restored. Public parking along the sidewalks and in the the center lot has been restored as well.
- Elevator is complete and open.
During construction, bus shuttles continue to run.
