Access Adjustments Shift in Mid-July
Updated on June 28, 2019
Starting in mid-July, we’ll be shifting the Hancock Street bus loop as work progresses on the redevelopment project at North Quincy Station by Hancock Street Partners.
Pedestrian, car, and bus/shuttle access from Hancock Street will be adjusted but maintained.
Access will not change for buses serving West Squantum Street and the south entrance.
Building a Better T
As part of our $9.6 billion, 5-year capital investment plan, we're renovating stations, modernizing fare collection systems, upgrading services for our buses, subways, and ferries, and improving the accessibility of the entire system.
Car Access
All cars, including those picking up or dropping off passengers, will enter the parking lot from Hancock Street (opposite Hunt Street). Cars will immediately turn into the parking lot. Pick-ups and drop-offs can be made opposite the accessible parking spaces. Cars can exit to the north onto Sagamore Street.
Wollaston Shuttle Bus/Red Line Shuttle Bus Access
All Wollaston and Red Line shuttle buses will enter off Hancock Street, with pick-ups and drop-offs before the north entrance. Buses will turn at the substation to exit at the north end of the lot onto Sagamore Street.
