MBTA Celebrates Autism Acceptance Month with Inaugural Participation in the Autism Transit Project
In recognition of Autism Acceptance Month during April, starting today and through mid-May, the MBTA will play public announcements created by local children with autism spectrum disorder in stations across the system.

MBTA Announces Service Information for the 2024 Boston Marathon
The Green, Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver lines will operate a regular weekday schedule on April 15 with additional service before and after the race. Bus Route 1 will operate on an increased Saturday schedule from 9 AM to 9 PM, allowing spectators fast, easy access to both sides of the Marathon route. The Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail Line will offer additional inbound and outbound trips on April 15. The $10 Weekend Holiday Pass on the Commuter Rail grants unlimited travel through all zones and stations all weekend and on April 15.
