Public Meeting | Newton Stations Accessibility Improvements (Virtual)

Event Description

The MBTA’s Newton Commuter Rail Stations Accessibility Improvements Project focuses on providing new, fully-accessible platforms for three existing Worcester Line Stations in Newton: Auburndale, West Newton, and Newtonville.

In this meeting, we will:

• review the project overview and existing conditions
• provide a project update with information on the reduced scope
• discuss the Newtonville station, grant funding opportunities, and next steps
